By accessing and using BlueLionApparel.com and any other site, application, API or embedded content owned or operated by Blue Lion Apparel LLC. (the “Website”), you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”):

 

1. Use: You may only use the Website in accordance with these Terms. Subject to your compliance with these Conditions of Use and your payment of any applicable fees, Blue Lion Apparel LLC. or its content providers grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the Website, including digital content available through the Website, and not to download (other than page caching) or modify this site, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of BlueLionApparel.com. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by us.

 

2. Electronic Communications: When you use the Website, or send emails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on this site, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

 

3. Mobile Messaging (SMS, WhatsApp, & RCS): If you opt-in to our mobile messaging service, you agree to receive recurring promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., SMS, RCS, and WhatsApp) from Blue Lion Apparel LLC.

  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS/RCS service at any time by texting "STOP". For WhatsApp, you may use the application’s block features or update your profile settings.

  • Support: For help, text "HELP" or contact our support team.

  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Blue Lion Apparel LLC is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Responsibility: You will be responsible for all activity that occurs as a result of your use of the Website. We disclaim any and all liability (including for negligence) for the content, opinions, statements or other information posted to, or use of, the Website by its users. You may not use data mining, robots, screen scraping, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information of BlueLionApparel.com without express written consent. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Blue Lion Apparel LLC.

 

5. Provision of Information: In order to use the services provided on the Website, you must be at least 16 years of age. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete Registration Information and to maintain and promptly update it to ensure accuracy.

6. Community Policy: You must be courteous and respectful of others’ opinions, and you must not post unwelcome, aggressive, suggestive or otherwise inappropriate remarks directed at another member of the Website.

 

7. Prohibited Use: You must not:

  • Create multiple accounts, post spam, or disrupt discussions.

  • Use the Website for malicious means, abuse, harass, threaten, or impersonate any other user.

  • Solicit personal or identifying information from another member.

  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any intellectual property rights.

  • Promote or incite hate, violence, or intolerance based on race, age, gender, gender identity, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation.

8. Removal of Content: We reserve the right to remove any content posted to the Website which we consider (in our absolute discretion) to be offensive, objectionable, unlawful or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

 

9. Fees: We may charge subscription fees for certain services (“Fees”). We may change the amount of Fees from time to time. Changes will take effect at the end of your current subscription period. Cancelled accounts are not entitled to a refund for Fees already paid.

 

10. Intellectual Property: You agree that we own all intellectual property rights in the Website. By posting content, you grant Blue Lion Apparel LLC. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display such content throughout the world in any media. You warrant that you own or are authorized to publish any content you post and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

11. Indemnity: You indemnify, and will keep indemnified, Blue Lion Apparel LLC. against all forms of liability, actions, proceedings, demands, costs, charges and expenses which we may incur as a result of your use of the Website.

12. Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will communicate them to users. Your continued use of the Website following changes constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties: THE BLUELIONAPPAREL SERVICES AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. BLUELIONAPPAREL MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

14. Limitation of Liability: TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, BLUELIONAPPAREL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY. BLUELIONAPPAREL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF ANY SERVICE, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

15. Third-Party Applications: Your use of third-party applications or websites linked via our platform is subject to their own terms. Blue Lion Apparel LLC. is not liable for the behavior or features of any Third Party Applications.

16. Termination or Suspension: Failure to abide by these Terms may result in the termination or suspension of your account at our sole discretion.

17. Technical Support: We will endeavor to address technical issues during normal business hours but are not liable for any loss suffered due to technical malfunctions or Website breakdowns.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: All users agree that the laws of the State of New York shall govern these Terms. Users submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New York courts for any dispute arising in relation to these Terms.

  • Chest - Measured under the arms
  • Shoulder - Top of shoulder across back, seam to seam

Chest - Measure chest just under arms and across shoulder blades, holding tape level (don’t hold your breath). Be sure to cross over the shoulder blades and the fullest part of your chest. Blazer sizes are equal to your chest size. For example, if you have a 38" chest, you would wear a size 38 blazer. . How tall you are will determine whether you need a Short (S), Regular (R), or a Long (L) suit. Please refer to the Figure 2 below to determine your suit size:
If you are measuring in centimetres divide by 2.54 to obtain the measurement in inches.

Notes:

  • The actual chest measurement of a suit is typically 2 inches larger than the size of the suit to allow room for adequate movement.
  • The European size of a suit is 10 more than the US Size. For example, a size 50 (European) is equivalent to a size 40 (US).
  • Typically the waist size of a suit pant is 6" less than the suit size. For example, a suit size 42 jacket comes with a 36" waist pant.
Alteration Notes:
  • A jacket that is too big at the waist can be easily taken in by a tailor
  • If your slacks are 1-2" too big or small a tailor can easily taken them in or out. If the slacks are over 2" too big, a tailor can re-cut them to fit (typically more expensive).
  • Typically and unless otherwise noted our pant bottoms come unfinished and unhemmed. It is best to let a professional tailor alter the length for you.

Neck - Measure around the middle of the neck, around your Adams apple or fullest part of our neck, keeping tape level. Allow for index finger to fit between the tape and your neck for a comfortable fit. See Figure 3. (For shirt measurements purposes)
Sleeve/Arm – With your arm around your hip, bend your arm to a 90 degree angle. Measure from the middle of the back of your neck, across your shoulder and down outside of your arm past elbow to your wrist. See Figure 3.
Waist - Look inside one of your pants' waistband. Generally, the size will be written. If you cannot find it, follow these guidelines to find your correct size.
Keep one finger between tape and your body and measure around your natural waistline (usually at the bellybutton). See Figure 3. Pants sizes are equal to your waist size. For example, if you have a 38" waist, you should wear a size 38 pants. Remember of your slacks are 1-2" too big or too small, a tailor can easily take them in or out.
Otherwise, use a pair of pants that fit you well, measure from the top of the inner pant leg seam to the opening at the bottom of the pant leg. The number of inches is the inseam length, rounded to the nearest half inch.
The European size of slacks is 16 more than the US size. For example, a size 52 (European) is equivalent to a size 36 (US).
Inseam: With appropriate shoes on, measure from your crotch to your desired pant length. Inseam measurements vary by style. See Figure 3; Or
Generally use a pair of pants that fit you well, measure from the top of the inner pant leg seam to the opening at the bottom of the pant leg. The number of inches is the inseam length, rounded to the nearest half inch.
